We operate a 30 day returns policy; should you be dissatisfied with our product due to quality or packaging faults, then we will be pleased to provide a refund to your card upon receipt of the product in its original condition. You should contact us regarding the fault within 7 days of purchase.
All your transactions with Sugar Cubes are covered by our security guarantee with WorldPay Internet payment system. We do not have access to any of your card details and this cannot be accessed by any other 3rd party.
As the shopper you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of your contract with us, or seven days from receipt of the goods. To cancel an order that you have not yet received, please send and e-mail (or telephone +44 1 746 766604) stating your name, order code and goods ordered. If you have received the goods and wish to cancel within 7 days please return the goods in original condition and we will refund your payment after they are received.
